Materials include various letters connected to the scouting movement as related to farming. Some letters deal with cooperative organizations for youth desiring to gain support and legitimacy through official association with the Scout Movement. Other letters deal with the scouting's attempt to discourage idleness by placing scouts in quasi-apprenticeship programs. Dated 1923-1933.
