File includes a correspondence between a local scout organization and the imperial headquarters regarding a requested loan to save a local headquarters building from financial ruin. The requested loan is denied. File also includes letters regarding the organization of a troop and the suggestion that the Chief Scout donate five pounds to each troop. This request is also denied. Dated 1920-1924.
