File contains a correspondence between Robert Baden-Powell and a Mrs. Blackmore concerning the possiblility of an entrance age exception for joining the cub scouts for Mrs. Blackmore's grandson. The request is denied. File also contains a memo concerning the age requirements for cubs in Greece. File also contains a letter in which Baden-Powell expresses his support of the age of going up into the main scout movement being 11. Dated 1918-1925.
