File contains a dinner program for individuals who had contributed generously to Headquarters' Scout Fund. File also contains letters regarding fund raising. File also includes letters and newspaper clippings with regard to the Daily Telegraph Fund. The fund was organized to maintain finanical support of scouting following the outbreak of the First World War. Dated 1910.
