Scope and Contents

File contains letters regarding autograph hunting. Lord Baden-Powell expresses his views of autograph hunting as being girlish and unfitting for scouts in his responses to letters requesting his autograph. Many letters replying to his expressed sentiments adopt a quite jaded tone and defend the practice of asking for the autographs of famous individuals. Dated 1930-1937.
