File contains letters regarding a boy scout who traveled a signficant distance by bicycle to deliver a verbal message concerning the sighting of unflagged foreign ships with troops off of the coast of England. The account of the boy scout was ultimately communicated to His Royal Highness the King of England. Dated 1912.
