Contains letters concerning the arrangements for the Chief Scout's visit to a rally held at the Crystal Palace. Also contains letters of gratitude following the successful rally. Several letters included discuss the Downe Camping ground. Contains letters dealing with a scout report discussing the fall of numbers of scouts in London. Dated 1931-1937.
