Contains letters and reports concerning various Baden-Powell visits to the scouts of London and the progress and management of scouting in London in general. Several letters deal with scouting events such as parades and demonstrations while others deal with the bureaucratic makeup of the local movement. Includes a written reports by Count Futaura of Japan regarding being helped by London scouts. Dated 1910-1920.
