Includes a message for the scouts and guides of Poland. Contains a glowing account of Polish Scouts seena at a jamboree. Letters requesting visits from Lord Baden-Powell are also included. Several of the documents deal with the complexities regarding scouting in the wake of World War I and the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia. Dated 1920-1932.
