Includes reports from commissioners' visits to the Netherlands. Contains letters and reports from a visit from Lord Robert Baden-Powell to the Dutch Boy Scouts' Week at the Hague. Includes several letters regarding the arrangement for the visit of a Dutch commisisoner, Colonel Diemont, to England. Other documents concerning scouting in the Netherlands are also included. Dated 1923-1937.
