Contains Lord Baden-Powell's impressions of scouting in Sri Lanka in a letter addressed to a de Salem. Also includes a report to Imperial Headquarters concerning the previously mentioned visit. Also includes a brief report on the visit by Lieutenant Colonel Walton. Dated 1934.
