Scope and Contents

This is a faraway view of the damaged City Hall building. The lower portion on the right side of the center tower has exposed scaffolding. Other buildings nearby are severely damaged, and stone debris is covering the ground. There is a small group of people in the distance in front of the building that has a doctor's cures sign.

Conditions Governing Access

Open for public research. Proofs of the negatives and original photographs are kept in cold storage and access requires 24 hours advance notice.

Gelatin dry plate negatives are restricted.

Permission to publish material from the Edith Irvine Photograph Collection must be obtained from the Reference Supervisor, L. Tom Perry Special Collections, and the L. Tom Perry Board of Curators.
