Scope and Contents

People walking down a brick-covered street, which is located down the center of the photograph. On each side of the street are damaged buildings. In the background on the left side of the street is the tower to the Temple Emanu-El. Towards the left in the distance is the spire of the Call Building. Both sides of the street are lined with telephone poles.
