La chupacabra / Jessica Andelin

Report by Brigham Young University folklore student Jessica Andelin, who collected information from Chris Buck. According to the story, in Puerto Rico, geneticists were trying to make an animal to clean up oil spills, but the experiment failed and the resultant creature escaped and now sucks the blood out of livestock.
