Typewritten autbiography as told through letters written by Mayland during World War II. Most of these items were written to family members. She was stationed in Missouri and Texas during the war. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Jun. 1943 and married Lawrence Mayland on 22 Sept. 1945.
