Biographical History

Della Hurst was born in Colonia Dublan, Mexico, in the Mormon colony. She came to the United States at age 16 fleeing from the revolution in Mexico. She married Sidney Brady in 1916 and had eight children which survived to adulthood. One son died at an early age. Her oldest child was Leota Brady. Della lived her adult life in Fairview, Utah. She died in 1967 from the effects of cancer.
