Anson Vasco Call (1834-1867) was a Mormon pioneer and missionary.

Anson Vasco Call was born on July 9, 1834 in Madison, Ohio to Anson Call and Mary Flint. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1844, and moved with his family to Nauvoo, Illinois. In 1846 he participated in the Mormon exodus to the West, arriving in the Salt Lake Valley in 1848. There he worked as a schoolteacher, and served as a justice of the peace and as ward clerk. He married Charlotte Holbrook on January 28, 1853 in Bountiful, Utah. He later married Eliza Catherine Kent Dopp on November 10, 1856 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Call was called on a mission on April 8, 1864 in General Conference, leaving on April 30. On July 2, 1864 he boarded a ship, the Pennsylvania, for Liverpool from New York City. He arrived on July 17, 1864 and was assigned on July 18, 1864 by George Q. Cannon to be a traveling elder, heading to Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Call had various callings to the presidences in that area while there.
