Biographical History

John Daniel Thompson McAllister (1827-1910) was an LDS convert who became the president of the St. George and Manti LDS temples.

John Daniel Thompson McAllister was born in Lewes, Delaware on 19 February 1827. He joined the LDS church in Philadelphia in 1844 and emigrated to Utah in 1851. He was president of the St. George and Manti LDS temples. He died 21 January 1910 in St. George, Utah and is buried in the St. George city cemetery.
