Interview with O. Frost Black, conducted by Mark Hollenbeck on July 10, 1972 for the Utah State Historical Society and the California State University, Fullerton Oral History Program. The subject is road construction in Frost's hometown of Blanding, Utah. He also discusses his personal life and interaction with the Forest Service and the lumbering business. Bound manuscript, 28 pages plus six pages of photocopied pictures, index included.

Biographical History
Oren Frost Black was born in Colonia Pacheco, Mexico on 9 October 1909 to David Patten and Theda Kartchner Black. His family moved to the states when Mexico's Revolution began. He married Lucile Bailey 1 June 1932 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Frost died 10 May 2003 in Blanding, San Juan, Utah.
