Oral history interview with Jay Heisel was conducted by Daniel Kelly in 1972 for the Utah State Historical Society and California State University, Fullerton Oral History Program. The interview concerns St. Christopher's Mission in Bluff, Utah and Heisel's experiences with various Navajo communities in Utah. Bound manuscript, 23 pages, one photocopied picture and index included.

Biographical History

Jay Heisel was born 23 July 1924. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He devoted most of his adult life to St. Christopher's Mission in Bluff, Utah. He died 27 April 2001.
