Collection contains five DVDs of the 2005 home school conference. The fourteenth annual conference of the Utah Home Educator's Assn. was held September 10, 2005, in the Grand Ballroom at the Salt Palace. Sister Barbara Smith, Former General President of the Relief Society, was the keynote speaker. Other speakers included Ritchie and Joyce Kinmont, Joan Yarrington, Grant Cannon, Heidi Hanks, Richard Skousen, Mark Madsen and Jack Monnett.

Administrative History

The LDS Home Educators Assn. was established in 1990, and is located in Syracuse, Utah. It was established by Ritchie and Joyce Kinmont, who have established many associations that aid homeschooling families. After first founding the Family Education Association, Joyce and Ritchie Kinmont went on to establish a newsletter called LDS-HEA and then to organize conferences where keynote speakers would address other homeschooling families.
