This collection consists of one series made up of 17 boxes. The first 6 boxes contain materials transferred from Records Management. The rest of the boxes (7-17) contain materials found in the Stacks of the Archives. This series is about the Brigham Young University Department of Food Science and Nutrition before it became the Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Science Department. It contains information about research done in other countries (Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, Philippines, Columbia, Paraguay, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Italy), data about nutritional values, correspondence, and many nutritional information pamphlets.
