Arranged into four series: 1. Department of Marriage, Family, and Human Development department records, 1947-1993. 2. Department of Marriage, Family, and Human Development National Council of Family Relations records; 1938-1988. 3. Department of Marriage, Family, and Human Development workshops and courses, 1975-2005. 4. Department of Marriage, Family, and Human Development professional organizations, 1956-1990. The arrangement was left in its original order which was mainly alphabetically and chronologically. A comprehensive list of what is in the containers is in the case file folder.
