Cottam during his time as an advisor to the Hoc-viên quôc-gia hành-chánh (National Institute of Administration) in Saigon, Vietnam during the summer of 1971. Materials include travel records, such as immunization papers, passport and visa information, financial arrangements, Cottam's correspondence with others during the project, and news coverage of both the project and Vietnam during the time of the project.

Biographical History

Keith M. Cottam worked as a librarian at Brigham Young University from 1967 to 1972, serving as the head of the Social Sciences Library in the Harold B. Lee Library. He served with a team of advisors to the Hoc-viên quôc-gia hành-chánh (National Institute of Administration (NIA)) in Saigon, Vietnam. He was also the founding advisor of the BYU Cycling Club.

Keith M. Cottam has had work related to the Vietnam project published in American Libraries and Bike World, and a report of his is elsewhere in the Lee Library.
